As you know, Horizon Hobby has been working on a system overhaul to “Hop-Up” our internal systems to better work for us and for you, our valued customer. It has been a longer process than expected but our teams are working hard to reroute our wiring and solder up our new connections to get us back on track. We appreciate your patience while we get back to the great Horizon experience you know and expect.
What does this mean for you?
Orders may take a little extra time shipping from our fulfillment centers. Our teams are learning new processes and are making progress each day to get back to our 24–48 hour shipping goals. We are not offering expedited shipping during this overhaul due to this delay.

Product Support and Customer Service have made significant system upgrades to improve our customer service. As you would expect with any upgrade, we are receiving a considerable number of requests to our customer service teams. Rest assured we are answering every request, but it is taking slightly longer to respond than normal. We ask for your patience as we work through this process.
